The Governance Hub brings together people, information and ideas about governance in the voluntary and community sector.

The Hub will cease to be funded at the end of March, however the vital work of governance support continues. From April 2008 national investment and support from Capacitybuilders will be refocused from the six Hubs to nine National Support Service workstreams. The new national workstream of most relevance is ‘Leadership and Governance’, led by NCVO.
The Governance Hub is working with the Hub’s funder Capacitybuilders and NCVO, to ensure that people will have easy access to the Hub’s resources from April onwards and that people are signposted to other areas of support.
The Governance Hub has been valued and has had a significant impact on the governance of many organisations. It leaves a legacy of recognised standards for good governance, including The Code of Good Governance and the National Occupational Standards for Trustees, a range of useful resources and valuable research which will support the continued development of governance within the sector.
The Governance Hub would like to thank its partners, Core and Advisory Group members and the staff for their valuable work and contribution to the Hub's success.
